Case #1: SFR assessed value of $1,297,000, on appeal reduced to $1,120,000. Client savings is almost $2000.00 annually


Case #2: 189,000 sq. ft. industrial building. Mr Levitt was successful in having the assessed value lowered by almost $2M and saving his client over $20,000.00 annually.


Case #3: Outdoor racetrack. Assessor imputed $1.3M in value based upon owner being a “celebrity”. Mr. Levitt fought this method of valuation twice in front of the Board and against almost a dozen members of the county assessor and county counsel. Mr. Levitt was successful in his argument and the property assessed value was reduced by over $1.3M. This victory saved the client over $15,000 annually in taxes.


Case #4: 57’ Viking Sport Fisher assessed value of $519,000, on appeal reduced to $289,000. Client savings is approximately $2,000.00 annually.
