Mr. Levitt has been in the real estate industry since 1997. He has been a licensed real estate broker for 20 years. †He has been involved with billions of dollars of developments over the past 20+ years. He has provided daily guidance in the area of acquisition, title, escrow, bonds, entitlement with government agencies, land use regulation, zoning, mapping, financing, construction, leasing, selling, and landlord & tenant matters. Projects have ranged from residential tracts, in-fill, retail, joint ventures, re-development, industrial, commercial and office properties, in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. He is well versed in industry-wide contract forms including AIA, AIR, and CAR.

Mr. Levitt has drafted hundreds of organization formation documents for individual and joint-venture projects. He is vastly familiar with setting up equitable agreements for initial and additional capital requirements, preferred returns, and proper distribution schedules to the members. He is there to help facilitate the deal and transaction rather than complicate and hinder it.
