Mr. Levitt has been employed in the corporate world since 1995, when he began his career at the operations level for a fortune 100 company. He brings his almost three decades of real business experience to his law practice every day when evaluating a client's needs. Having spent almost a decade as the sole General Counsel for a mid-sized, multi-unit corporation, employing close to 400 people, Mr. Levitt understands the need for legal counsel in the business environment.
Mr. Levitt has extensive experience in drafting corporate formation documents, in all forms (corporations, LLCs. LPs, GPs, etc). He also has been active in dozens of mergers, acquisitions, and divestures. He has drafted and seen through dozens of buy-sell agreements, employee earn-outs, and corporate purchase and sell agreements. He has assisted many companies in drafting, and updating their governing policies, employee handbooks, and strategic vision in matching today's ever changing regulations. His understanding of corporate finance is immense and has reviewed, structured, and drafted hundreds of financing agreements and promissory notes.
